We loved the serene location surrounded by rice paddies, which is away from the busy center of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and always available to drive us anywhere we needed. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were fantastic with a big private pool, outdoor gazebo, and spacious bedrooms. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.
Not one thing.

This hotel is equal to 4 stars. The king studio had everything you need, climate control, a private safe and a writing table...

This hotel is located at a convenient distance from the main town centre. Even though it's not in the middle of the city, it's still relatively easy to access it whenever needed. the rooms and bathrooms are neat and clean and have a pleasant view of the surroundings. the breakfast served is sumptuous and fulfilling and wakes you up with the aroma of homemade banana-pancakes!
The hotel doesn't have a gym or fitness centre on its premises for fitness enthusiasts.

The villa's private pool and garden were amazing, spacious and comfortable. The outdoor covered area was great for dining. Scenic location with a mobile phone provided for convenience. Staff were attentive and helpful.
Nothing for me.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to anywhere in the center of Ubud. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The swimming pool was a great place to relax and unwind. Wi-Fi was also available throughout the hotel, which was a bonus.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. The location, service, and room amenities were all fantastic.

We had a fantastic time during our recent trip to a villa in Bali. The rooms were very clean and free from mosquitoes, which was a relief for us. The villa had a pool with all kinds of floaties for kids, and the staff attended to it daily. We also enjoyed the padi field walk offered by the villa. It was a great way to experience the local culture and nature. The fast service and reasonably priced laundry were also a plus.
That the living room could have been brighter. However, it was not a significant issue and did not affect our overall experience.

We recently had a romantic escape and were impressed with the stunning surroundings and delicious breakfast offered. the rooms boasted great amenities and a private pool, making for a relaxing stay. the free shuttle service was an added bonus, allowing us to explore the nearby attractions easily.
We did find that at times the lack of privacy was an issue, with staff members entering our room unexpectedly. some of the furnishings in the room were a bit dated and in need of updating.
